- Regulator wydaje bardzo dużo decyzji regulacyjnych, bodaj
kilkadziesiąt rocznie. Czy to dobrze? Jeżeli decyzje są właściwe, to na
pewno. Ale z tego, co mi wiadomo, większość decyzji jest zaskarżana, a w
większości przypadków sądy przyznają rację nie UKE, ale jego oponentom.
To może wskazywać na nie dość staranne prowadzenie postępowań
regulacyjnych, mówi Andrzej Panasiuk.

- Regulator prowadzi politykę konkurencji usługowej, co jest medialnie
chwytliwe, bo sprzyja spadkowi cen, a wszyscy chcemy płacić mniej. Ja
natomiast muszę patrzeć na rynek szerzej, także na kwestię rozwoju
infrastruktury telekomunikacyjnej, żeby się nie okazało, że płacimy
niskie ceny za miernej jakości usługi w niedoinwestowanych sieciach.
