Niekoniecznie. Ja kiedyś reklamowałem polecony bez ZPO i dostałem
jedynie potwierdzenie, że list został doręczony dnia takiego a takiego,
osobie takiej i takiej, a podpis znajduje się z zbiorowym potwierdzeniu
odbioru nr bla bla... Fakt, że było to już dobrych kilka lat temu...

No właśnie. A czym się różni to, o czym piszesz, od podpisanej
zwrotki (z formalnego punktu widzenia)? :-)
